The courts, the system & concioussness = part 1

So as you can read, the story of my arrest is detailed below in the article 'evidence'

Let me preface this article with an important point. Anton Robert Wilson attempted to avoid using the word 'is' for some time. I am going to do that here to the best of my ability. This could be because nothing 'is' any particular way. it all depends on how you see it. I must apologise because it makes things a bit more long winded but it also makes my brain hurt a bit. I will allow myself to use the word occasionally but not in the sense of X is Y as you will see...

Here goes.

The arrest was in February and the court case was on 18th June. That period could be seen as one of great challenge, growth and learning for me as well as change.

I met some more amazing people who were offering all sorts of support and all kind of advice (advice = ADD VICE)

I went to court to plead and I had been speaking at length to Vince in ireland. He builds houses for a living and has real expertise in the law and has had many successes playing them at their own game. But it did not work out to be that easy for me. If you are planning to take on the law , you had better be very well prepared and really have a deep and full understanding of what you are doing AND OF WHAT THEIR REACTION IS LIKELY TO BE ! Some say that the whole system could be designed to intimidate you and you will encounter lots of surprises if my experience is anything to go by.

At the last minute, I took on a barrister for my pleading. He insisted that he do the talking of course rendering me non compos mentis. I had a trick up my sleeve. When I was asked what I pleaded, I was planning to say 'I am not able to make a legal determination on this.' BUt the barrister refused to represent me and allow me to say this.

I had been charged with breaking a railway byelaw - the wording of which was 'molesting or wllfully interfering with the comfort of persons on the railway.' I didn't even know what a charge was until I was charged. I came to realise that many things going on in courts can be seen as intimidating tactics and trickery - some would even call it black magic.

The First trick may be the insistence that a person swears or attest to tell 'the truth , the whole truth and nothing but the truth.' Imagine if SOCRATES was in the witness box having been arrested for standing with a balaclava and a dont panic sign, and he was asked to promise to tell the truth , the whole truth and nothing but the truth.' Do you think he would ? For me this seems like perjury. It could be suggested that this could be deliberate cognitive dissonance - everyone knows deep down that its simply impossible to tell the whole truth about anything. Try it. Test it. Best way to test it may be to ask a young person - say 10-15 years old. They may be likely to find fault in your attempt.

The next trick could be the 'plea!' (Why is it called a 'plea?') How on earth can I say whether I am guilty or not guilty ? FOr a start what on earth does 'guilty' mean ? Secondly, would i not have to fully understand each word to make such a plea ? So then they would say 'Ask a lawyer!' BUt I asked several lawyers, barristers and even a couple of judges and they all had different ideas. Because the words seem to me to be ambiguous !!

But the barrister ended up claiming that he could definitely get me off because there was no evidence and because i have freedom of expression etc. (He didnt bother telling me that whatever arguments he had, the prosecution would argue the opposite !)

So i pleaded not guilty and the court date was fixed.

A few days after the arrest , I closed my facebook account and pulled the videos off my youtube channel. That was a major relief but it also came with sadness. I missed all the amazing messages people had been sending me/us.

To be continued....

Ahh – a very interesting post Danny. A few quick random thoughts of my own (I probably should think more about these before posting – but I’m here now)

I too am a fan or RAW and like his ‘maybe logic’ – I remember he once said something along the lines of “if you can’t see several UFO’s a day then you’re just not looking” – ie most things are unidentifiable, from shapes in the sky to shapes on the page…

[Sometimes I have thought the word ‘is’ relates more to a person expressing/exaggerating themselves rather then identifying a ‘fact’ – For example “The sky is blue” = “I see the sky as blue” or “My heart ‘is’ broken” = “I know the pain hurts so much it feels as if my heart could literally be broken” – just a side thought]

Of course Laws are a generalisation used to govern a society - but it IS how they are implanted that matters most and that implementation is a reflection upon peoples understanding of the world they relate too. eg If knife crime is seen as a increasing danger then the laws related to that will likely be enforced more strictly.

I’d always be careful of considering Socrates in any situation, unless you also apply his ending to yours. ;-)

If you feel it is impossible to tell the truth then surely perjury has no value?

Byelaws = Bye Laws..?

… well that’s enough from me – look forward to your next post…

'implanted' should read 'implemented' - lol

molesting or wilfully interfering with the comfort of persons on the railway, that sounds ridiculous.

Wonder if you could make a citizens arrest if someone molests your nasal passages due to lack of hygiene? I did say NASAL by the way!

Officer i would like this person arrested immediately not only does His appearance unsettle me but he clearly has not changed his socks this morning, i will not put up with His molestation of my comfort!

Hey Danny looking forward to reading the rest of this it's very interesting to get an perception of the legal system from someone has been within it recently.

I was one the guys who met you on friday the 9/7 at Trafulgar square (tall with dreadlocks). Was good to see you man and thanks for being so cool for us. We're cutting some of our footage together and we wanted to ask your permission if we could include some of the footage we took of you that day (if we deem it relevant) to this small video piece.

Look forward to hearing from you :) peace and love.

Hi Tom
It was good to meet you the other day. My preference regarding releasing films with me in it is for you to let me have a look at what you release first if possible. PLease send me a PM on youtube channel 'spiritualentertainer'

Forgive me for being so late to the party Danny. My comments will sound very dated and will relate to issues that you've probably moved on from long ago (and probably won't relate much to this post - I'll try to catch up - I promise) but I offer no apologies because that's where I'm at.

I live in Toronto and didn't discover the EOK or EIO videos until after the traveling ****show that is the G-20 had passed through my town. So I am a total newb. I was really busted up at seeing the city I was raised in "destroyed" (quotes used because mainstream media seemed to run a continuous loop of carnage caused by a small group over a period of about 90 minutes or so and presto the brute squad felt they had their justification for cracking down on the peaceful people) like that. The actions of both the "Black Bloc" and the police left me feeling dejected, helpless, angry, sad and powerless.

...So I took to the web to see if I could get a different version of the events that led to 70% of surveyed Torontonians/Canadians thinking that the police actions were justified. I found all kinds of things that made me re-awaken (I somehow keep falling asleep: damn those corporate hypnotics are strong ;) ) to the fact that there's much more to reality than what we've been programmed to see. It made me question all kinds of things that I had stopped wrestling with.

...And then I came across Charlie's youtube page through Press for Truth (Toronto guys doing great work) where I found the EIO/EOK videos. I know they've been a source of strife and conflict for you for a while now but can I just offer up my thanks for your strength, courage, and integrity. They were a great source of humour and comfort to me at a time when I needed it. Please, please, please don't look back at them with regret. Move on from Charlie and the videos, but please don't regret having made them because what you two accomplished was absolutely beautiful, wonderful, and human and obviously you struck a chord that needed striking. Also you never know what blind fools like me are still stumbling around out there that those videos will be just the tonic to shake us from our collective doldrums.

I don't know you but I strongly believe that you were very genuine in those videos because once they started to move away from the direction you felt they should be going in you got out. It's evident that it was long before the fans of them wanted you to stop, but you didn't allow that to sway you and you knew when it was time to quit and you honoured that realization. That's called having the courage of your convictions and it's a big reason why people love you and your work so much despite not knowing you. Yes that's probably a strange feeling for you but be comforted by the fact that it's probably an example of all the love you put into making them and therefore out into the universe coming right back at you in waves as people keep discovering your work - overwhelming to be sure but hopefully your ability to find the positive in things will gradually help you to feel comfortable with it.

I think I have gone on long enough, but before I go I must say that when I started watching the videos you reminded me so much (not in looks but in underlying message) of Leo Buscaglia. He was a professor at USC who gained fame for responding to a student's suicide (after reflecting on how disconnected we can get in our busy-ness) by deciding to teach a non-credit course called Love 1A and he wrote some books about some of the "unconventional" classes he taught and the reactions of the students who were lucky/smart enough to sign up for the course. He was so full of life and from all appearances so are you. Thankyou for sharing that life and light with us and take some time for yourself and your family. Peace,

Tom

Sorry for the crazy triple post. Please feel free to delete this message and the previous two and leave the full one up. It kept telling me my post was too long (which it was: random drivel of a madman), so I shortened it and published again and it happened again etc. Way to make an entrance Tom - Yeah! Cheers (sheepishly),

Tom

Tomd said almost exactly what I wanted to say (good job too as I don't want to type that much)

May all the love you share return to you multiplied a hundred.

What's the difference between a catfish and a barrister?
One's a slimy,scum sucking, bottom feeder
The other's a fish :)

Much love

i'm sure you are more than busy doing your own thing and have many readings you wish to do. nevertheless i have to say...check out this book(handbook for the new paradig at http://www.trufax.org/handbooks/paradigmvol1.html). i think you may find it somewhat interesting to say the least. though i dont believe the content completely you may find it is still interesting.

"paradigm" not paradig.

@farid1323 - I am reading through that link and do find it rather interesting. Where are you based ? please let me have your email address which you can send as a PM through my youtube account spiritualentertainer.

MRPopplemouse said...

Had a nose at the link also and it has a lot to do with the battle my mind gets into, I'm not religious but there is still a part of me that wonders if a true message has been corrupted by religion in some way then there is the other side that the link offers, I really think there is something (a personal choice) in an ending to the story (if there is an ending)and this contradicts everything that was written in say a biblical sense, what if the choice of a new way is the new world order and the bad guy and his minions are the higher beings fooling the people of the earth.

Maybe its my programmed mind as I don't know much about religion or just the suspicion in me, over analysing things, the link does resonate with me though but I was hit with the fear the message put out, that link is replacing a creator with another set of outside higher saviours it seems and feels very new age in which I don't feel comfortable with or maybe I miss interpreted it, will have another look.

Again the message feels to me like there could be info in it but possibly dis info that's hiding there with an agenda kinda like religion.

The idea of a game between god and a devil and we are pawns choosing a way with a handbook (religious text) as a clue bugs me, the what ifs, also the idea of its all a matrix type scenario with you choosing to evolve of you like is the battle that plays a lot on my mind.

Anyways that's enough of my waffle, is funny though as this was the thing weighing my mind when I contacted you the other day danny, syncronicity again as whats on my mind turns up and ties in with the outside.

MRPopplemouse said...

Saying all of that above just shows how outside information can effect the mind.

Maybe the only true to self info should be one that doesn't come from outside source.

again sorry for waffle.

Guilty means you are going to pay in some form and not guilty means you are not going to pay and therefore saying not guilty puts you in dishonour, but its best not to enter a plea at all and then if the judge says that he/she will ask him "are you allowed to practice law from the bench?"
