Firstly, I thank you all for your comments. So many thoughtful ideas which on the one hand warm my heart and on the other leave me even more confused at times.
The only thing I found most unhelpful, is when people tell me not to fear. Fear is a part of my visceral experience and telling me not to have fear is like telling me not to feel cold in the winter.
I do feel fear about various things on and off. I feel concerned about where Charlie is heading and my past association with him. And it could be that its all unnecessary, and its all paranoia.
But thats what is coming up , at least at times.
I therefore feel the desire to state in clear terms the following.
On 8th March I sent Charlie a registered letter which he received on 9th March, requesting he takes down the videos containing my image and voice. I stated that he had no permission to use my image.
He subesequently took them all down after lengthy discussion and a few days later he put them all back, encouraging people to download them. He did this without my agreement and therefore anything he puts up which contains my image is out of my control. He does it without my permission.
I do not like many of his latest videos, including the ones where he talks to the camera, gets a young girl to read out something or seemingly winds up the police for the sake of it (my interpretation) and I reiterate that I have absolutely nothing to do with anything he does. My personal hunch is that he is a liability to himself and frankly I dont want him to be a liability to my family and myself.
Although this statement may well come under fire from people, I do not feel like elaborating more. Apologies if I let anyone down. I am learning on the fly and it doesnt feel easy at this time. This statement is made for legal reasons and as I learn about how the powers that be operate via that system, its anyone guess what could happen and I feel the need to protect my family and myself as best I can.

You may as well offer the advice of 'don't feel pain'.
You simply cannot switch emotions on or off as if you were a machine, nor I suspect would you want to.
Fear is good, it keep our heads from getting chopped off and our children safe.
Sure you can have too much fear, disproportionate to the reality of the threat, but it does serve a purpose and in that respect a healthy thing.

But it seems like a fear – likely a very rationale and justified one, yet one that is driving your recent change of direction.
Also when you say “This statement is made for legal reasons”, that echoes my feeling of your recent comments too.
I find the issue of ‘image copyright’ a fascinating one. But I’m curious if at the time the videos were posted you felt misrepresented? I’m not sure I believe that you actually want the videos removed – they seem more of a pin upon which you hinge your thoughts… but I don’t mean to understate your intentions – short sentences are not the best way to debate these things ;-)
For myself I’ve never had any issues with either you or Charlies different viewpoints – in fact I found that to be one the beautiful things. I’m glad that you see the world in different ways. My selfish desire is that you both continue in how it feels right for each of you to do so. It’s good to see you still posting, I hope you get a sense of ‘good will’ from the replies and confirmation that your actions were important to many people – as that is how is how I read them.

I think its good that you have made it clear that Charlie uses your image without your permission. Whilst I do think yo uare acting out of fear most likely that doesn't mean it is unfounded. On a subconcious level it must also feel liberating to realise that there are some thing you cannot control no matter how much you want to.
I do think CHarlie could be a liabilty but in truth I feel that is because he is doing and saying many things that can only be said by someone who isn't limited by pressures such as looking after a family. I would assume he has far fewer responsibilties and commitments than you do back in the 'real' world. However he should respect your situation and realise he is hurting you through his actions. WE MUST ALL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUR OWN ACTIONS.
I believe the reason the pair of you became such a good duo that influenced so many of us is because of your contrasting personalities. You appear to be more contemplative and seasoned - the old jedi master as Charlie refers to you. You think before you act and you are constantly anylysing everything, your action, the actions of other, the mechanisms of the world in general. However it seems this insightful reflection can overcome you at times because it is just sooo much to deal with. As just one facet of an infintely cut diamond its just too much for one person to understand let alone control and even the best of us can fall under the weight of humanties many burdens.
Charlie on the otherhand is quick to act, impetuous, perhaps even reckless. However he is brave (pehaps to a fault) and passionate. More Haste Less Speed perhaps?
Like I say, Yin and Yang. You temper his steel, calmed his urge to rush in. On the other hand he made you push your boundaries, challenged you to expand your horizons in terms of your 'protest' (yes I dislike that word but my vocabularly has let me down). Would you have put the EOK vids on youtube without him? Those videos which you now feel out of your control but which positively affected so many. Just by having this quasi-discussion CHarlie made you rexamine all of your pre-existing beliefs (as he did when he first made that call to arms video and I am sure he had started well before that even).
Thats why I really wish to 2 of you continue to have a dialogue. I said previously I felt Charlie made the wrong decision to put those videos back up after you asked him to take them down (even though I was dissapointed you had asked him). However it was his decision to make and I hope you can both move on from this as I really feel you both have much to offer each other even if you never take to the streets together again.
As for fear, I also think its peculiar to tell someone not to fear - its a natural human emotion part of our very existence. Its a safety mechanism. The problem with fear is it can overwhelm you. Its impossiblt not to fear but to make sure the fear doesn't control you. Listen to yourself andwhat the fear is telling you but do not take it for granted. Sometime we have to act even in the face of fear. Fear has also sadly become a tool to control much of our population. Somethings certainly should be feared but we cannot live constantly in fear or else we would have no time for love which is surely the most important aspect of our exsitence. We fear so many things we needn't.
Anyway I think I'm ramblin so I'll end by saying I hope your court case goes well Danny and that you continue with your own journey of self discovery.

I have to say that I agree with what your doing, I've noticed a large shift in the videos focus of late, Most being the introduction of some sort of religion and videos about winding up police that could have easily came from some chav trying to get respect from his mates.

1) As soon as these videos were uploaded they were available online forever.
2) The issue of your image being used or being publicly available is a mute point due to point 1, and also because you're on various CCTV and police footage already.
3) People are intelligent enough to comprehend that the two of you have split and that anything posted on the cveitch channel (from now on) is by his own hand only.
So, the only issue left is whether you remain friends with Charlie, which is between the two of you.
Incidentally, why not suggest this to Charlie:
1) Create a new channel for the EOK series and upload all necessary videos there.
2) Ask Charlie to remove all videos of the cveitch channel that now appear on the EOK channel.
3) You retain complete editorial control for the EOK channel. If you then delete any videos on the EOK channel, then Charlie can release them on the cveitch channel again.
I prefer simple scenarios and solutions, otherwise the petty bickering becomes too much of a distraction to life and living.

It's understandable to me that you'd want to distance yourself from Charlie. He's is single, young and full of himself and you are an older family man with greater responsibilities. Just as you are assoociated with Charlies, so you wife and children are associated with you. With that thought in mind, not all attention is good attention.
I unsubscribed to the Cveitch channel following the videos recorded in Holland. The abortion/prolife argument is, or should be, a deep, moral dilemma for anyone, but not for Charlie, apparently. He managed to condense hours of hair tugging deliberation, into a few seconds. The incentive, popularism, or so it seemed to me.

The videos are not the problem, the problem is the image that Charlie is projecting. Danny never said not to be fearful. For fear is essential to every human being. I think Danny is afraid of being dragged down with Charlie, because sooner or later people will realize that Charlie is as unstable as the rest of us. He is far from perfect, but he tries to displays the image of perfection. In his latest videos he said that he hates being preached to, and he does not want people to think that he is preaching to them. This comment opened my eyes to Charlies real intent here. He wants to gain credibility but limit the responsibility his words may bring. He is far form knowing the truth, but people are addressing him as a "god", making him an Idol. He is not, neither are you danny, no one is ideal. Everything is questionable, and nothing is OK. Thank you danny for the work that you have done, I have great compassion for you and Charlie, this was bound to happen sooner then later.

Hey Danny, I was a fan of the early EOK videos, and after you left I realised I was more a fan of your work than Charlie's. I was just really getting into the whole thing when you left, and I did go to the first of Charlie's 'academies' in Kensington, and was sorely disappointed by what appeared to be a group of people inciting fear and hatred about the NWO they were rambling on about like many conspiracy theorists. We then proceeded to go into Kensington station arcade (I think) and exercised our right not to leave. However I believe Charlie's sole intentions were to annoy the authorities, and not to point out some very real issues which you used to do so well in the EOK videos.
In the most recent CVeitch videos, Charlie only seems to want to either wind up policemen, intimidate the general public with his obnoxious behaviour, and bring misfortunes unto himself by winding people up, and then whine like a cissy when he inevitably gets hurt. Even in the earlier EOK videos it was evident that your opinion and actions were the backbone of the project, and you appeared to keep him in line.
I only found out your full name the other day so only just found this blog, but I am behind you all the way and have enjoyed reading what you have to write. Keep up the good work mate, and I sympathize with you for the situation Charlie put you in by insisting on keeping up the videos. Peace out.
